The exceptional staff, particularly Christian, went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was stress-free and memorable, even assisting with unforeseen travel disruptions. The beautifully decorated hotel's attention to detail was evident in the impeccable ironing facilities provided in our room, ensuring our garments were perfectly pressed for any occasion. The thoughtful gesture of offering customized breakfast options, inclusive of gluten-free choices, showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. The serene setting by the lake, combined with the availability of private sauna/pool hours, made for a truly indulgent experience that I cannot wait to relive.
